Overview

As a Graduate Account Executive you will be contacting new and existing customers, building strong client relationships and promoting the full range of products. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company and develop your skills in sales, customer services and logistics and a comprehensive training programme will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making proactive calls to new and existing customers
• Updating customer information in the CRM database
• Developing a strong business relationship with buyers and technical engineers
• Processing sales orders and general administration
• Providing and arranging customer technical support (processing and trouble-shooting advice)
• Resolving any customer delivery problems
• Sending out quotations, datasheets and product samples
• Raising and processing debit notes, credit notes and returns
• Assisting in planning the sales revenue, profit and volume for the product group

Essential Skills/ Experience:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent (preferably in a technically based subject)
• Previous experience in a sales office is essential
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner
• Ability to meet / exceed volume and revenue targets
• Strong team player with a positive “can do” attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and tenacious
• Highly organised and capable of multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
