This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company based in Marlow.

Working as part of a friendly team, you will be providing support to the Sales Team Leader and Sales Director in both the delivery of team and personal sales targets for existing customers as well as new business (SME and Retail). This role will encompass both the ongoing effective account management as well as delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

£18K (with an OTE of Circa £40K-£45K per annum) plus 23 days holiday per annum, Pension Scheme, Free Parking


  • Delivering on sales targets in unit orders, ensuring deliveries are met in new/additional/renewal business as allocated by the Sales Director and/or Team Leader
  • Supporting the Sales Director providing information/costings required for the tender process, as well as for customer presentations for both new/existing customers
  • Achieving agreed monthly/quarterly unit target levels
  • Maintaining average gross profitability
  • Preparing/following-up on customer quotes, ensuring accuracy in all quotations via customer communications
  • Inputting/updating/maintaining accurate records relating to customer communications, leads and other data on business CRM in order to maximise business opportunities
  • Producing/delivering accurate sales pipeline data to the Sales Director
  • Ensuring full compliance with FCA as well as other relevant legislative requirements for the business
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction/customer retention by supporting customers throughout the sales process through to delivery and after sales service
  • Being fully conversant with all aspects of finance plans/finance packages that are available to customers, as well as being able to discuss them in detail with customers
  • Managing own workload effectively and within the operating policies of the company
  • Ongoing account management of existing customers

Experience Needed

  • Demonstrable experience in a telesales/sales environment and working with targets and KPIs
  • Proven track record of achieving results in previous roles
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated and organised with a positive/professional attitude
  • Working knowledge of objection handling and closing techniques
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Numerically competent with the ability to create reports from CRM data
  • Excellent team player with a target and sales-driven attitude
  • Full clean UK driving licence
